This double-page map presents China with lithographic colour differentiating the various geographical regions and countries. Bodies of Water featured include "China Sea," "Pacific Ocean," "Yellow Sea," "Gulf of Siam," "Celebes Sea" and "Strait of Malacca." Longitudinal and Latitudinal lines are clearly marked on each map with "Longitude East from Greenwich" at the top and "Longitude East from Washington" and "Longitude West from Washington" at the bottom. Map is in English. There is no map title. No compass rose is provided. Map orientation indicates left border facing North. Legend explaining symbols for various Provincial capitals is found in the centre of map. Distance scale in "Statute Miles" is found in lower right corner. Major cities, towns, rivers and geographic terrain are identified. Details of "China" are found on the verso on pages 147 and 150.
