This single-page map presents West Indies with lithographic colour differentiating the various geographical regions within. Bodies of Water featured include "Atlantic Ocean," "Gulf of Mexico," "Straits of Florida" and "Caribbean Sea." Inset of "Lesser Antilles" and "Windward Ids" is found in upper left corner. Longitudinal and Latitudinal lines are clearly marked on each map with "Longitude West from Greenwich" at the top and "Longitude West from Washington" at the bottom. Map is in English. No compass rose is provided. Map orientation indicates the left border facing North. Distance scales in "Statute Miles" are found in lower left corner. Major cities, towns, rivers and geographic terrain are identified. Details of "Central America" and "West Indies" are found on the verso on page 714.
